We were suppose to meet for coffee &/or lunch Friday January 4th 2013. Our last phone call together was Thursday January 3rd. We had phone coffee that day because you had to reschedule for the 10th. Now I just talk to you hearing that radio voice in my head & feel a tugging sadness each time I pass the place of our final goodbye at 11 & Greenfield . Justa reminder...your legacy: forever a friend, forever remembered.

I can't even begin to express how much I miss you, Marc. I just hope to be as influential in the lives of others as you were to me. I'll always love you, big guy.

On January 06, 2013 I went about my day oblivious to the devastation that would soon find me.
You told me you would always be my friend…and truly meant it.
January 09, 2013 I told you that you would always be truly remembered.
Outside I hear the howling echo of a frigid cold winter's wind destroying any warmth that dares to cross it's path.
Inside I'm reminded of a cold empty echo once warmed by your conversation, welcomed sense of humor and friendship.
May love, peace, light and many blessings forever follow you, Tammy, Hannah, family and friends.

I hate so badly that it will be a year tomorrow from the last time I saw you!
Words cannot express how I feel for your Tammy... I'm so very sorry for your loss Tam, and all of our loss. I miss Marc so much, so often... This past year would have been immeasurably better for us all if he had lived!

Happy Birthday, Marc. I wish I could have celebrated this day with you. I miss you every day. Few people were as kind & supportive as you were to me. I will always cherish the time we had together. Marc leaving us with such great memories is a lesson on how to become immortal. Like so many others, the shock and overwhelming sadness brought about by the sudden passing of a man I could honestly call my friend was profound. Though denied the chance of fulfilling his dream of becoming a great dad he put forth a marvelous effort at being a good person, a great friend, a loving husband, and a kind soul anyone he connected with. Misunderstood by some, totally understood by those who really knew him, he had to be respected for his devotion to “it's just the right thing to do”, unselfishly helping friends, making one feel valued, truly listening and his life's mission on how next to spoil Tammy (& Hannah too).
Tammy....thank you for sharing him with the gals of the Coffee Crew. He always made having coffee and a nosh enjoyable. If his kindness and true spirit can transcend “the pond” you just know he'll get you through that gate when you get there but will have the boxes ready anyway just because that's what you wanted. Now I just have to find some way to meet him with some U.P. smoked whitefish and a Yiddish cheese burger in hand.

I was both shocked and saddened by the passing of my friend Marc. In the three short years that we knew each other, he was a great friend. I will miss his unique perspective and humor. I Love You Babe! Marc was the best friend,husband & partner a girl could ever want. He made me one very happy girl. I wish we had a lot more years together, but i will always cherish the few we did have. I'll always miss & love you...start stacking up the boxes cause i'll need help over the gate when i get there!

Marc and I kept a cross-Atlantic virtual friendship going for almost 15 years sharing humour and bizarre situations despite a considerable age gap. Topics included life in general, cars, motorbikes, the finer points of stringing beads and of course an array of Jewish topics.
Marc was an exceptionally kind man with a big heart who had a great sense of responsibility for Tikkun Olam and lived his life accordingly. He loved Tammy very much and appreciated all his friends and treated us with love and respect. Love, peace, light and many blessings to Tammy, friends and family.

Met Marc thru Suzie, so sorry to hear of his passing. She brought him to her brother's office when my daughter was getting some problems taken care of. He and I sat and talked about comics and celebrities, he was a fun and full of life person. I believe that the world will be a little worse at his passing. Rest in peace my friend. God Bless and keep his family and may God give them peace that only He can provide.

I really enjoyed taking "radio" with Marc. A few years ago I volunteered to raise funds for our synagogue at a movie night featuring Kirk Douglas's 1966 movie "Cast a giant shadow." Marc was nice enough to bring an actual poster of the movie that we set up by the front door-it was one of the major hits of the evening. Marc was a great listener and would always go out of his way to help anyone. I will miss him.
