My condolences to you and your family for your loss, Bill was a huge influence in my carreer as a lineman and I learned many great lessons from him. I will always remember him grabbing his rubber gloves and a diet coke for each back pocket every time we rolled out of the shop for a power outage... May God be with you in your time of need.

Bro Fowler was a man of Character. Always smiling. Always there. A man of few words at times, but if he said it, he meant it. Honest and dependable--you knew you could call on him to pray at any time. He will be missed. Praying for you Sis. Fowler--The Gunter's

Bill Fowler was by far the type of person one should emulate and certainly a role model for any of our younger generations. He cared for God, about others and to do things right! Suzie and I will never forget our fantastic dinner together at "the Country Place" with Bill, Jimmy and wives. Bill has now gone to serve in a greater capacity and we'll miss his earthly presence but will never forget him.

Mr. Fowler was the nicest and most knowledgeable person to work at Robins AFB. I worked many construction contracts with him. He was a God loving man and most generous. He always had his Diet Coke in hand when he came to my desk with a problem to be solved. I am so sorry for your loss. He is smiling down from heaven. Thank you Mr. bill for all you did at Robins AFB. Keeping you in my prayers.

My brother has gone to be with his Master. There are no words to describe how much I will miss him. It seems only yesterday that I came home in 1962 from a job in Arkansas to get him to come work with me.Who could have guessed how very good he would become at "the work""?
May God cradle him in His arms untill we meet again,
Brother: Ralph E. Fowler
