November 23, 1975 - January 4, 2021
Centerville, Georgia - Private (Family Only) Graveside Services will be held 1 PM Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at Parkview Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Mrs. Forsyth, 45, passed away Monday, January 4, 2021.
Survivors include her husband, Juan Forsyth; mother, Dorothy Glawson; two sisters, Octavia Glawson and Sharon Smith; one brother, Daniel Howard and a host of other relatives and friends.
Public Viewing will be held Monday, January 11, 2021 from 2 PM until 3 PM ONLY. SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL BE MANDATORY AND FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED.
Jones Brothers Mortuary has charge of arrangements.

Monique was a very loving person. I will miss her good morning greeting- she always made me smile. I am reminded of her sweet spirit each time I walk by her desk. Monique and I were coworkers at Ricoh and she was a friend. She will be missed dearly. May God bless Monique's family.
