Warner Robins, Georgia - Billy C. Parker, age 85, died of COVID on Easter Sunday, April 12, 2020. On Sunday, April 11, 2021, a Memorial Service (honoring Bill's missions, scouting, and life service) will be held at First United Methodist Church, Warner Robins at 2:00PM. Rev. Josh Bizzell and Rev. Missy Blumenthal will be officiating. Bill the son of the late Frank S. Parker and Clara Parker Roberts and ste-pson of a very caring step-father, Willie Roberts. He was a native of Candler, NC. Bill is survived by his wife of 67 years, Cynthia Mallonee Parker; three children; William Stephen (Jennifer), Edward Franklin (Sherry), and Cynthia Leigh significant other, Eddie Fesmire, seven grandchildren and 18 great- grandchildren and another great-grandson due to be born in May 2021. He had a 26 year career with the U. S. Department of Defense in civil engineering at Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, GA. When retired from the Civil Service, he worked 15 years for the Houston County Public Works Department as a right-of-way acquisitions contractor. We will follow CDC guidelines.
