Leroy Carter Spearman -WARNER ROBINS, GA - Leroy Carter Spearman, 77, passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2012 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2P.M. Sunday in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home with burial in Parkway Memorial Gardens. -Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home. -Mr. Spearman was born in Pooler, GA. He was the son of the late Herman and Helen (Carter) Spearman. He was also preceded in death by a grandson Joshua B. Baker and two brothers, Rudolph and Franklin Spearman. He was the former owner and operator of A1 Unique Plumbing, Heating & Air for 40 years until he became ill several years ago. Mr. Spearman was a member of the Kathleen Baptist Church. -Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Bonnie Spearman of Warner Robins; son James Pierce of Centerville; Judy Cooke of Warner Robins, Debbie Singleton and husband Danny of Bonaire, Carolyn Hurt of Warner Robins, Teresa Baker of Warner Robins, Shawna McMurry and husband Cory of Lake City, FL, Dalton Spearman of Warner Robins; 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren; brother Wayne Spearman of Marietta, OH and sister Rochelle Vaigneur of Beaufort, SC. -In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hospice, Vista Care, 319 Margie Drive, Warner Robins, GA. -The family may be contacted at 110 Duskmoore Drive, Warner Robins, GA 31088. -Heritage Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
