Brian Sweetland Obituary
Brian L. Sweetland, age 61, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 from injuries sustained in a fall in Pawlet, Vermont. Brian was an extraordinary artist and an even better man, friend and brother. Brian's love and respect for his countless friends was only equaled by his love and respect for the Vermont landscape. His death is a loss that can only be deeply felt and never fully articulated by a few words on a printed page. A gathering to celebrate Brian's life and art will be held on Sunday, November 3 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Pawlet Library. Please bring one of Brian's paintings, clearly marked with your name, to share with everyone. Donations in Brian's memory may be made to: Pawlet Scholarships, P.O. Box 206, Pawlet, VT 05761
