I know that uncle Verdell is Home with my pawpaw (Robert) and my other uncles, my aunt Johnnie as well as my mommy. They welcomed him with open arms and for us, we'll for me, I know that I gained another guardian angel. The memories of uncle verdell coming to Indy, seeing his Indy fam here will always remain with me in memory. Mark 16:15 has been on my mind a lot. It tells of Jesus telling his disciples to go forth and spread the gospel. It's what my uncle did for some 50 plus years. He did His work-without expecting anything else in return. This is something that I plan to honor his memory, and I know that he would be proud of me. Stay strong family-he would've wanted us to anyway! Love you guys.
