ASHLAND: Revelations 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

She served as camp nurse at Camp Awareness, a camp for autistic children started by her much loved daughter-in-law, Susan Saffer Hansen, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Jerry passed her love of music to her children and grandchildren. She was a constant champion for those less fortunate.
