Paul Alan Clevenger Loving son of David and Ekaterina (Cathy), devoted brother of Andrew, left us on September 16th, 2008. A lifelong resident of Sleepy Hollow, Paul attended Brookside, Whitehill, and Drake High excelling in his studies with particular interest in languages and music. He then enrolled in College of Marin and joined 445th Civil Affairs Brigade of the Army Reserve. He was deployed to Iraq for one year where he served with honor and distinction, reaching the rank of Sergeant. After returning he attended the Defense Language Institute where he specialized in Mandarin Chinese. He later left the DLI and returned to College of Marin. His interests were many. Paul played a number of sports and instruments throughout his life. He was loved and cherished by all who knew him, and we hope he has found the peace he sought.
