My mother, Mary, was housekeeper for your parents for many years. Your parents were so kind to her. Your mother always took the time to talk with her and to see her in the hospital when she was ill. We all appreciated her kindness toward mom. My deepest sympathy to all of you.

I first met your mother 40+ years ago when I worked for your father at Smith Clinic. She didn't come to the office often but when she did, I remember how radient she was and a smile never to be forgotten. I also remember you kids as you came in too. May God be with each of you at this sad time and always remember her radiance every where she went.

Dear Carol, Ted, Nancy and Fred, ...or Teddy and Freddy. Mother just called to tell me that Billie had died. I instantly remembered running across the street, bolting through the back door and finding her at the sink with Freddy on her hip. I remember our constant pleas of wanting to go in the pool and how she would finally relent and the Wilsons, Arnolds and Howards would all jump in!
I have lovely memories of your dear Mother and of all of you! Sending you all hugs. Love, Diane

Aunt Billie was the best aunt a kid could have: sweet, generous and fun! As an adult, she set a great example and was someone I always admired and looked forward to seeing. Blessings of peace to her, her family and the many people who loved her.
