I was a player who played for Coach at Loyal. I knew he had been a great athlete but l didn´t know much about his career back then. Oh, how l wish l had asked him questions about his career, travels, and his life but it´s too late now. What a good man he was. I know it´s unlikely but l would love to meet his children. I know time heals us some but take comfort in knowing what a good father, grandfather, family leader, you had. Not everyone is so lucky.

My condolences to all of you, all of us lost a great man. I was a player for Loyal in the 1960's and was lucky to have played for him for three years. I loved his style- he was always calm and in control. I am so glad I visited him in January of 2018. Rest in peace coach - job well done.
