Hello Jane, I am writing to send sympathy from all members of the Harford County Retired Teachers' Association and also, personally, from myself. I still remember both you & Dick from my days as Helping Teacher in the Special Education for the HCPS. Both of you were outstanding teachers and did so much to help kids with special needs. I know that you miss Dick greatly and I hope that your family is closeby in this difficult time. Please know that our HCRSPA membership is thinking of you and wishing you fond memories of Dick.

Dick was a wonderful husband, father, teacher, friend, and person. I was blessed to work with him for many years at Havre de Grace Middle School. After my father died Dick helped me deal with my loss. He will be missed by so many. Sending prayers to Jane, Karen and Nancy. Much love to you in this time.

I'm sorry to hear this. He was a great guy to enjoy shows at the Sands with. As an entertainer, I am fortunate to work for his daughter Nancy and was very fortunate to get to know him and his wife. I plan on paying my respects on Nov 8th. To Jane and his family, please keep those good times going at the Sands, just like the commercial that plays at last call every night. We will remember rich for a long time. We know he will be right there with us on the dance floor.
