Jonathan J. Schmoyer, 2, affectionately known as "JJ" of Allentown, PA, died suddenly and innocently on September 30, 2018. Jonathan was born in Allentown, PA to Jasmine Kerecz (Roth) and the late Jacob Schmoyer. JJ was a loving, intelligent and inquisitive child who loved to explore, laugh, take walks, roller skate and play patty-cake. JJ also loved to eat Subway meatball sandwiches and he adored Thomas the Tank and his Spider Man t-and Sponge Bob shirts. Jonathan is survived by his beloved Mother Jasmine Kerecz (Roth); Siblings: Cain, Emily, Cassie and Maddy; Great Grandfather: Edward Pond; Great Grandmother: Kathleen Pond; Maternal Grandmother Patricia Roth; Maternal Grandfather: Job Roth; Grandfather: Glen Schmoyer; Grandmother: Rebecca Greenwalt; Aunts: BethAnn Love, Shannon Rehrig, Rachael Roth and Tina Schmoyer; Great Uncle: Ryan Pond; Uncles: Eric Love; Jimmy Rehrig and Josh Roth; Cousin: Niki Tyler; CC the Dog, JJ's Best Friend; Patches the Cat; and a whole host of Cousins that loved and adored JJ. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate Jonathan's life at the Weber Funeral Homes, P.C. located at 502 Ridge Avenue, Allentown, PA 18102 on Tuesday, October 9, 2018. Visitation services will be held from 11:00 A.M -1:00 P.M. with a funeral service to follow at 1:00 P.M. precisely at the same location.
