Luella Anna Conrath, 94, of Topton, died September 19, 2010 in Lehigh Valley Hospice, Allentown. She was the wife of Curtis A. Conrath. They were married February 23, 1935. Born May 9, 1916 in Maxatawny Township, she was the daughter of the late Charles W. and Mamie E. (Reiter) Geiger. She was a member of The New Apostolic Church, Allentown, where she was a former member of the choir. She was employed by the former Kutztown Shoe Company as a shoe cleaner for 25 years retiring in 1986. Luella was a member of the Topton Senior Citizens. Survivors: Husband; daughters, Doris M. (Conrath) wife of Anthony L. Smith, Macungie, Mary J. Conrath, with whom Luella resided, Christine Q. (Conrath) widow of James S. Rockel, Allentown, Marilyn M. Conrath, with whom Luella resided; son, Curtis H. husband of Christine D. (Angstadt) Conrath, Fleetwood. She is also survived by; 11 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandson. She was predeceased by two children who died in infancy. Services: Funeral, Thursday, September 23, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. from the Ludwick Funeral Home, 25 East Weis Street, Topton. Interment will be in Berks County Memorial Gardens, Fleetwood. Friends may call Thursday afternoon from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. in the funeral home.
