Dear Joann, David and Family :
My deepest condolences to all of you on the loss of your mother. Your mother was an amazing person. I feel so priviliged to have known her. Your mother blessed so many people with her faith and kindness. There are so many lives that she touched with her gentle heart and carrying way's. As a nurse at Sacred Hezrt Hospital caring for the infants in the nursery, then by sharing her patience, kindness. and compassion for the elderly patients at the Phoebe home. In the words she spoke, in the hearts she warmed , in the joy she brought forth each day. Perhaps you heard the expression ; She light's up a room. She really did bring light and happiness with her everywhere she went. Over the years she became such a wonderful friend to me. She touched my heart. She called me her daughter; I called her my second mom. I will always cherish the wonderful times the family and I spent together. I loved her, too! I am going to miss your mom's fun loving spirit. I will cherish those memories in my heart forever. Thinking of you and sending healing prayers and comforting hugs."A mother' is with us always, first in her lifetime then forever in our memory." May God bless you all!

Nana had a heart and soul like no other. She loved her family unconditionally; was more of a mother to my husband than a grandmother. She lit up like a Christmas tree when the kids were around and they enjoyed their time with her just the same. She will be greatly missed.
