Bill was always a good friend to me. He was funny and full of wisdom. We had many good times together, and he will be sorely missed. Bill leaves behind a legacy of caring, compassion, and service to the community. He set a fine example for others, and I challenge those whose lives were touched by him to honor his memory by emulating those qualities in their daily lives. God bless you Brother Bill, and peace and comfort to your loving family.

I had the honor of student teaching with Mr. Moll at Dieruff in the fall of 2000. He was a fantastic mentor; it was so very obvious that he loved teaching. I learned many things from him about literature as well as how to structure a successful classroom. He challenged students to think critically and inspired them to work to their potential. I'm 17 years into my career and I still carry those lessons closely. I am so very sorry for your loss.

Dear Mrs. Moll, Andy, Tim, and families --
I knew Bill as a fellow teacher. Although I teach at Allen, I would see Bill at least once or twice a year at curriculum meetings and such. I know that he was an awesome teacher as well as excellent husband and dad. His students loved him, and he had a knowledge of literature that was absolutely amazing. I always enjoyed catching up with Bill when I saw him. May he rest in peace.

Our condolences to Bill's family for your loss. But Bill really isn't lost, is he? You know exactly where he is - chatting it up with Edgar Allan Poe.
In our opinion, Bill had the best job possible - educating and inspiring children. His passion for teaching will live on in the many, many young people he has inspired over the years.
To quote his favorite author.....
Those who dream by day are cognizant of many things which escape those who dream only by night.
Bill certainly did teach his students and anyone who knew him, to keep learning and follow those dreams.

Prayer go out to the Moll family. It was at Bills house in Oct of 1963 when I got see color T-V for the first time, durring the Yankees-dodger world series. We went to washington elementary school together and were good friends in the early years of our lives. Bills Mom and Dad were wonderful people who treated me like their own even if I wasnt a Yankee fan. Good time like that will never be forgotten. Our early years were really good.
