Amanda Shiner Obituary
Amanda Marie Shiner, 21, of Whitehall, passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at home. Born in Allentown, Amanda was the daughter of Jeffrey G. and Annmarie (Sterner) Shiner of Whitehall. She was a member of St. Marys Annunciation BVM Catholic Church in Catasauqua. Survivors: Surviving with her parents Jeffrey and Annmarie is her daughter, Shailynn, at home. Amanda is also survived by her maternal grandparents, Warren and Joanne Sterner of Catasauqua and her paternal grandmother, Mamie Berger of Orefield. There are numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, March 11, 2011 at 10 a.m. in St. Marys Catholic Church, 2nd & Union Sts., Catasauqua. Calling hours will be on Thursday, March 10, 2011 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the ODonnell Funeral Home, 1064 Fifth St. North Catasauqua, and on Friday from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m. in the church. Contributions: In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Shailynns trust fund c/o Jeffrey & Annmarie Shiner 900 Mickley Rd. Apt. K1-1 Whitehall, PA 18052.

If there are jobs or chores in heaven, that God would give us because we did something so well in our lives, Amanda's would be taking care and watching over all the lil children that have gone to heaven too soon and too quickly...just like her.
Amanda had a lil angel, and now she will be an angel for Shailynn.
