To Ann and the boys: I want all of you to know that the memory of Chuck is very much well and alive at LVHN! I even kept his computer folder that he set up intact (C Nace 2000) and my Team and I continue to save important work under his folder! Every time I see that folder, beautiful memories of Chuck resonate within me!

Chuck is sorely missed, but he will never be forgotten! I pray that all of you are well and I know Chuck is smiling down upon all of you!

Dear Nace Family,
I am very sorry for your loss.
I attended F&M with Chuck (Class of '81). He was a good guy then and, though I had not seen him these many years, a good friend of mine had a chance meeting with Chuck at a wedding in Boston about 18 months ago. My good friend shared with me how much he had enjoyed meeting Chuck. So the good guy I went to college with became the very good man my friend met in Boston.
May you take comfort in knowing how well-regarded Chuck was.

Chuck was a friend of mine back in high school and haven't seen Chuck since 1974. He was a great friend and neighbor and my sympathy goes out to all his family and friends. I knew him as a kind and caring person just like his mother and father.

Dear Ann and boys, I am so saddened to hear of Chucks passing. My father told me the news, then sadly, we lost my father just a few days later. I am Chucks cousin. We went to high school together. My fondest memories of Chuck are when he, my sister and I would play together as kids at his house. We played Lincoln Logs and Trouble all the time ! He was a little devil and we ran around carrying on in the basement :) Good memories. Rest Easy, Uncle Charlie, Chuck, and Dad.

To the Nace Family,
Many of us at the Lehigh Valley Hospital are still in shock and deeply moved by the loss of our respected and admired colleague. Chuck had the unique ability to share his knowledge about finance in a way that eased our anxiety as we converted the transfer of knowledge he provided, to assist us balance our budgets and understand the impact of expense to the provision of care. His talent, enabled us to provide more care to the community we serve. We will miss his sense of urgency, his talent, and his kind manner that always shined through, even as he held us accountable!! Aloha Chuck

On behalf of Mrs. Benner and me, I extend our sincere sympathy to Ann, Charles, and Eric. Your heartache over your loss must be very difficult. "Chuck" was a West York student/friend of two of our sons, Allen and Dale. As his pastor, it was an honor and privilege to lead Chuck through Confirmation class to confessing Christ as his Savior and uniting with Wolf's Church, June 2, 1974. May the peace that Christ brings to us as the time of the passing of a loved one, lift and carry you through this valley of sorrow. Our Good Shepherd lived and died that Chuck might know another life in the presence of the Shepherd himself. Sincerely,
Rev. Richard Benner & Pauline

I am so deeply sorry for your loss. I knew Chuck for over 18 years at Lehigh Valley Health Network, an engaged participant in countless meetings and retreats where his input was valued and his integrity was honored. He collaborated so well with his finance colleagues in helping physician leaders and others to navigate and plan for the future of healthcare. He was a respected and fine person. To The Nace Family: Almost 20 years ago my life changed for the better when Chuck hired me at LVHN. I never even considered looking for another position in all those years as Chuck was such a pleasure to work with. I will miss Chuck more than words can describe. He was such an all-around great guy. Truly a role model.

To Chuck's boys--your dad was so Incredibly Proud of you and how smart both of you are! He'll be checking out your report cards from Heaven each semester so don't let him down and keep getting those A's!

Chuck postively impacted many hundreds of people here at LVHN.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this difficult time.

Take care.

To Ann, Eric, Jesse and the Nace Family:

Please accept from the entire Tulio family, Zach, Matt, Deb and I, our heartfelt condolences on the sudden and unexpected passing of Chuck. I am still in shock with the realization that we all have lost a great friend, relative and most importantly father to Jesse and Eric and husband to Ann.

I have known Chuck for many years going back to the early days of soccer at Schnecksville where he helped me coach the U-9 and U10 SPA travel team for our sons Eric and Zach. Chuck was very knowledgeable on soccer and shared his passion for the game with the players he coached. Chuck was also very engaging, friendly and willing to step up and lend a hand.

In 2004, when I asked Chuck to be part of the formation committee that created what is now the “Parkland Area Soccer Club”, Chuck immediately accepted since he believed in what we were all trying to do which was to provide a better opportunity to learn the game of soccer for all levels of players within the Parkland and surrounding area. Chuck was an eager and enthusiastic contributor on the committee despite the tremendous amount of work and long hours in the early weeks and months to get the club formed. We recently reminisced with pride on what we and the other formation committee members helped create and for providing a stable foundation that subsequent PASC leadership have continued to develop into the successful club that PASC is today.

However, without Chuck and his expertise and thoughtful stewardship we could not have made this happen. He was a vital and integral team member and I am proud to say my friend. I will miss him but his legacy will live on along with the impact he has made on so many people.

My deepest sympathies on the loss of Chuck. I worked with him for 12 years at LVHN and it was always a pleasure dealing with him. He was one of those "really nice" people that you enjoy knowing. He was always ready to laugh, even during budget season. He will be missed.

Ann, Eric and Jesse,

We were so sorry and sad to hear the news about Chuck. He was a good friend, soccer Dad and fellow neighbor for nearly 2 decades. We remember him, with Jim, coaching our sons, Eric and Eric, at the Schnecksville Playground Association in their early years. He was patient, kind and encouraging as they were learning the sport. When they played together for LVU and Parkland High School years later, we remember talking soccer as soccer parents; car-pooling to practice and traveling to tournaments along the east coast. He was friendly and and supportive of the boys. He was so proud of how far they had come. His dedication extended to being a member of PHS Soccer Booster Club Board for 4 yrs, and maybe this is how he will best be remembered by Lisa, who worked with him on the board for several years. He helped to guide the board to always see that they could do great things for the boys in every decision they made. He was passionate about this and organized about helping to achieve this. His love as a Dad was very evident to everyone on the Board. To Ann and the boys, we know he will be sorely missed but may you find comfort in the thought of the good example he left behind. We will miss seeing him cycling around the neighborhood and waving, or walking and stopping by for a chat..

My family sends our thoughts and prayers to the entire family. I will miss our conversations about soccer and work. Chuck was my "go to guy", with much insight to offer. May God provide comfort to us as we say goodbye to a friend and loved one. "When we say goodbye to loved ones whose time on earth is done, we have faith their joy in heaven will have only just begun. We can celebrate their lives, their love, the blessings of their days, the happiness they gave us in many countless ways. And our hearts can smile forever in rememberance true and deep, for the memories of the ones we love are the miracles we keep".
