My dearest Patti and her entire family - just found out about your brother and my heart aches for all of you. Please know in your hearts that God is holding him in his arms right now and he is with his friends and loved ones and now dancing with all of the angels. God bless all of you. I have known Bob for two and a half years and in that short amount of time he has made a significant impact on my life. From firework shows to hanging out in the garage at Kelly and Lou's with all the guys. The memories will last a life time and I am so thankful for the time that I was given with you. Mike and I will make sure holes are continously poked in beer cans on your behalf. I'll miss you B-O-B... forwards and backwards.... Rest Easy.

Nothing that anyone of us can say will make the pain go away. I never say I know how you feel if I don't. Well I don't. What I do know is that you are a good family that has endured unthinkable loss and tragedy. I also know that my heart hurts for your Mom, and your sisters, and you Pat especially. Please accept the sympathies from the Lehigh River Stocking Association for the passing of Bob Erle Jr., he will be missed. Bob was an avid supporter of our club and participant in club activities. He was always helpful with advise and suggestions. We are shocked to hear of his passing and wish the best to the family in this difficult time.

The first time I met Bob it was with at a gathering of his friends for a “pirate party”. It was a silly, sweet and fun event. The only serious note throughout the day occurred around the campfire,
when homage was paid to the fish that we were about to eat, with a discussion of different varieties
and their native habitats. Bob's contribution that day was cooked over the campfire and done to perfection - a task Bob handled with deftness and ease. This was a day that included three things that I think were very important to Bob - his friends, fishing and lots of humor.
I never saw Bob that he didn't have a gleam in his eye as he was about to deliver a funny joke or reply with a snappy retort. And yet, I would be amiss if I didn't mention that Bob's mother was never far out of his thoughts.
Bob will be deeply missed by many.

I remember your brother from school, vo-tech and just hanging around. I'm Sorry to hear of his passing,he was way too young. This is a tough time of year for so many people and to have a loved one pass on the Holidays makes it much worse, just remember he is in a far better place than this earth. Our prayers are with you.
