Theresa A. Deppe, 59, of Walnutport, passed away Tuesday, April 11, 2017, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. She was the wife of David D. Deppe; they celebrated their 42nd anniversary last December. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of Nancy (Vogel) Wassum of Slatington and the late Donald Shoemaker. Theresa worked for Cedarbrook and also for Pond View Manor as a health aid/CNA. Survivors: Husband; Mother; Daughters; Angie Hobby of Northampton, Dana Deppe of Allentown. Grandchildren; Regann Hobby, & Skyly Sommers. Sisters; Pamela Shoemaker of Slatington, Bonita Parker of CA, Rochelle Weaver of Ironton. She was pre-deceased by a grandson, Dylan Hoffman, and a brother, Mark Shoemaker. Services: 11am Friday, April 14, 2017, Harding Funeral Home, 25-27 N. Second St, Slatington. Calling hour 10-11am, at the funeral home.
