Tom passed away peacefully after a brief illness in Cupertino, CA. He was the fifth of six children of Heikichi and Yukino Ezaki. Tom was born in San Jose on the Nelson Ranch and spent most of his formative years in the Alviso area. A private family service was held at San Jose Buddhist Church Betsuin. He is interred at Oak Hill Memorial Park, San Jose. Arrangements by Willow Glen Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations be made to Yu-Ai-Kai at 588 North Fourth St. San Jose, CA 95112.
