My prayers and thoughts go out to Larry's family. I worked with Larry in Foster City and he was a very dear friend. Larry was one of the most respected men in the law enforcement community and he will be missed both professionally and personally.

My heart goes out to Carmen & family at this time. I just heard the news of Larry passing. I am so proud to have known Larry Riche. A fine man, a devoted family man, a good friend. We worked at Foster City Police together many years ago. I will always have such fond memories and the deepest respect for him. My love to you Carmen...take care of yourself.
