After their kids started school Lois went back to work at various schools in the San Mateo School District. On retirement they explored the world. They were early visitors to Russia and China. They explored Asia, Europe and many other places. Lois always enjoyed learning new things and exploring. She was an avid photographer, reader, genealogist and bridge player. Lois and Tom were married 60 years when Tom passed.
