Paula R. Davis

Graveside services for Paula Richie Davis will be held today at 2:00 p.m. at Magnolia Cemetery with Dr. Tom Sikes officiating. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Davis, 70, of Meridian, died Sunday, March 1, 2009, at her residence. She was a 1956 graduate of Meridian High School. She attended the University of Southern Mississippi, where she was a member of the Tri Delta Sorority. She was an active member of First Christian Church where she was a member of the Elizabeth Barnes Circle. Survivors include three sons, Paul Keith Davis and his wife Wanda, of Orange Beach, Ala., Richard Davis, of Meridian, and Scott Davis and his wife Cassie, of Enterprise; seven grandchildren, Annah, Caleb, and Natalie Davis, Brittany and Chase Davis, Sara Scott Davis, and Gray Davis. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Anna Richie; her husband, Clifton M. “Buddy” Davis, and a son, Robert Davis. The family requests that memorials be made to First Christian Church Building Fund. Visitation was held Tuesday, from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
