William Sheridan Obituary

William C. "Bud" Sheridan, 74 years old, of Framingham, died Friday, Nov. 5,2010. He was the husband of the late Joyce (Lauro) Sheridan who died in 2000. Born in West Chester, Pa., he was the son of the late William and Susan (Crawford) Sheridan. William was a resident of Framingham for 44 years and was the Director of Personnel for the Brookline Public Schools for over 24 years. He was very active for many years with the Framingham Youth Hockey Programs. William is survived by two sons, William N. Sheridan and his wife Karen M. of Southborough, Brian A. Sheridan and his wife Deborah Kaufman of Edina, Minnesota, one daughter, Lauren A. Sheridan of North Crafton, three grandchildren, Sophia Sheridan. Amy Sheridan, and Samuel Sheridan, also brother of the late Elizabeth F. Sheridan. Funeral services will be held on Friday, Nov. 12, 2010, at 10 a.m., at the Eugene J. McCarthy and Sons Funeral Home, 11 Lincoln St., Framingham. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend. Calling hours at the funeral home are on Thursday, Nov. 11, 2010, from 5-8 p.m. Burial will be in Edgell Grove Cemetery in Framingham at a later date. Donations in Williams memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.

I met Bud & Joyce at Southboro Medical Group many years sago. He was a wonderful,gracious and funny man who is once more with his true love. I will miss him as I do Joyce. Cindi Rudman, Milford,MA
