Gary Pytlik Obituary
Pytlik, Gary
Gary Pytlik (2/4/47-6/11/18) of Higganum passed after a sudden illness. His death was preceded by his cherished wife Linda (Rossi) and his parents Charles and Anna (Carlson) Pytlik. He leaves behind his beloved daughter Caitlin Pytlik, brother and sister-in-law Jimmy and Jan Pytlik, a large extended family and many friends, including his morning coffee gang. Gary was known for his large heart and helping hands. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved his vegetable garden, especially his hot peppers. He had an amazing ability to fix anything and was always willing to help someone out. The only thing that rivaled his helping hands was his love and pride in his daughter Caitlin. His presence will be greatly missed by his family, friends, friends who turned to family, all those that saw him as a second father, mentor, and a man to aspire to be like. We will keep his spirit alive by helping others as he did. Gary was also a Vietnam Veteran, serving in the Navy. Funeral services will be held Monday (June 18th) at 11 a.m. at Biega Funeral Home, 3 Silver St., Middletown. Burial with military honors will be in the State Veterans' Cemetery, Middletown. Friends may call at Biega Funeral Home on Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers, plant a remembrance perennial or donate to the . To share memories or express condolences online please visit
