Peacefully on 14th April 2018 in
Bexhill, formerly of Janes Lane and Ferndale Road, Burgess Hill.
Beloved father of Carol, John and
David and an adored grandfather.
Much loved and will be greatly
missed by all his family.
Funeral service will take place at The Main Chapel, Eastbourne Crematorium on Friday 4th May at 4pm. Family flowers only please.

Dick, you were a great influence on me and all the other members of "Monty Mythen's Flying Circus" (M&EE Works and Equipment Section)of British Rail in the late 70's and 80's and, although we probably didn't appreciate it at the time, contributed to our attitude, thinking and ability to achieve the success which we made in future years.
Although we lost touch after BR morphed into Railtrack you are often in my thoughts and will be missed by me and all the rest of the old team (yes, although Mike Ford and Dave Muddle have sadly preceded you, there are still some of us left who get together from time to time).
We'll raise our glasses in your memory next time we meet.
