James Edwin “Jim” Suther, 78, died Feb. 29, 2008, in a Mineral Wells hospital. Memorial service is 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 5, at First Presbyterian Church.He had lived in Mineral Wells since 1959 and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. He was an avid fisherman. He is survived by his wife, Martha Suther, of Mineral Wells; son and daughter-in-law, James Paul and Sherry Suther of Grand Prairie, Texas; daughter, Marianne and Mark Flemmons of Irving, Texas; grandchildren, Aeneas Johnston, Tyler and Jacob Flemmons; sisters and brothers-in-law, Betty Suther of Dallas, Georgia Haney of Oklahoma, Eva and Rogers Harp of Texas, Dorothy Suther, Mary and Bill Carper and Susan Christian, all of Oklahoma; and numerous nieces and nephews.Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home

My prayers are with you Mrs. Suther.your husband was a sweetheart. It was a pleasure to take care of him. He always had a smile on his face. He will be missed by alot of people. If you need anything please feel free to call me @ 940-859-9298. God bless you. You made him very happy and he loved you very much. You made his face light up just when we would talk about you to him. I will treasure the time that i spent with him and you.
