Words cannot express my feelings with the loss of Trevor. It was a pleasure to know him in the brief time I knew him at SJSU. He overcame many obstacles to earn his Kinesiology degree and it is unfortunate he was never able to continue in his quest to become a licensed educator. He is forever part of the SJSU PETE (Physical Education Teacher Education) family.

I am deeply saddened by this unexpected loss of Trevor. I worked with him many times Officiating on the same high school football crew as well as high school and off season baseball games. I was very proud of him working his way thru school and recently, graduating San Jose State. I will sure miss him. Gone too soon!

I only met and knew Trevor through my friendship with Darlene and Kyle but I am so upset about their loss as a family. I have children myself and fear the idea of losing either and I know that what you are going through Darlene is a pain that no one can ease, but I do believe and hope that time and prayer and Faith will restore your heart. Kyle I am very saddened that youve lost your older brother, and I hope that you are able to cope with this loss and remain strong through the mourning process. I miss you friend and I will be praying for you guys and your family.

As a long time teacher educator and one of Trevor’s aunts, I always loved talking to him about his plans to become a physical education teacher. He had such tremendous expertise as a referee and umpire, in addition to his college degree in kinesiology. But what his family, friends, and children who would have been his students in the future will miss the most, will be his big heart ❤. With much love to Darlene, Ray, Kyle, Allie, and all Trevor’s family, Aunt Nadeen and Uncle Bob
