Audrey "Ann" Welch May passed away on June 26, 2013 at the age of 61 after a courageous battle with ovarian cancer. The oldest of three children, Ann was born on January 28, 1952 in Montgomery, Alabama. She was raised in Montgomery and attended Auburn University, graduating in three years with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1973. At Auburn, Ann was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority. After graduation, Ann briefly moved to Atlanta, Georgia where she became a flight attendant for Delta Airlines in 1974, finally settling in Dallas, Texas. Ann married former SMU Mustang and Houston Oiler, Terry M. May, in 1977, and together they moved to Keller, Texas where they raised their daughters, Andrea and Teresa.
