Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 1:00PM from Macedonia Baptist Church, Pastor Willie McBride, officiating. Mr. Parks will lie in repose on Monday, January 11, 2021 from 1-6PM at Phillips-Riley Funeral Home.

Mr. Parks will be missed dearly. He lived next door to me and used to give me many words of wisdom growing up. He laughed a lot and was always smiling whenever you saw him. Thank you Mr. Parks for all of you encouraging words. They will never be forgotten! RIH
