Obituary Condolences

Ronald Allen Newton, friend, nurse and partner Extraordinaire, never a harsh word, always a kind deed. Loved by his family and all who knew him. Monday afternoon 13 May 2013 his pain and suffering ended, he was ready to go Home. He was surrounded by family and our friend Chaplain Malcolm Marler. He is survived by his long time partner, Milton McGehee; parents, Charles and Judy Newton, Deatsville AL; brother, Randy (Amy) Newton, and nieces, Candi Fry and Christi Newton, Colorado Springs CO.

A committal service will be held in the Columbarium at First United Methodist Church, Montgomery AL at 2:00 p.m. Thursday 23 May 2013.

There will be a void that will never be filled as we adjust to not having him in our lives. So many wonderful memories. As you pray today, please say a prayer for the wonderful group of people at UAB CCU & Palliative Care who did so much for us this last month.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Joseph Ministry or The Sanctuary Choir at First United Methodist Church, 2416 West Cloverdale Park, Montgomery, AL 36106.

One day we will see you again in Heaven, Ron Rest in Peace.
