1946 - 2016
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Monique Bissonnette, in Montreal, October 12, 2016, wife of the late Mr. Jean Montplaisir. She will be deeply missed by her sister, Suzanne (Jean Guy Murray), her stepsons Guy, Louis and his family as well as many relatives and friends. The family will receive condolences Saturday, October 22 at 10 a.m. at the St. Jean Gualbert Church, 490 les Érables Street, Laval-sur-le- Lac H7R 1B4, followed by a service at 11 a.m. The family would like to thank the staff of Sacred Heart Hospital of Montreal for their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the CHUM Foundation in Monique's memory would be greatly appreciated.

My condolences to the family, friends, and former colleagues of Monique. I am a graduate of Lasalle College, and was priviledged to have had Mme Bissonnette as a teacher. Such sad news, may she rest in peace.
