Ephraim BERDUGO Obituary
With great courage and dignity, On Tuesday, June 18, 2013. An exceptional man, he leaves behind a beautiful extended family: Sary Wizman, Lee, Joey, Simon, Sam, Noah, Mitch and Lauren, Jarred, Joanna, and Louis. The family would like to thank all the doctors, nurses and staff of the Jewish General Hospital, as well as his caregivers for their humanity and compassion. Special thanks to Rabbi Itchy Treitel and Rabbi Moishe New. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, June 19 at 12 noon. Burial at the Shomrim Laboker Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily, address to be announced. In lieu of gifts or flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the "Ephraim (Fred) Berdugo Memorial Fund for Hope & Cope" c/o the Jewish General Hospital Foundation, (514) 340-8251.
