Bernard SIDLER

SIDLER, Bernard (Bernie). In Amherst, Nova Scotia in his ninetieth year on April 5, 2004. Survived by his two children, Robert Sidler, Truro and Karen (Don) Cormier, Amherst where he resided for the past year. Dearly missed by his grandchildren, Mark and Chris Sidler, Tamara, Andrea and Matt Cormier. He leaves to mourn his two sisters, Molly Herscovitch of Montreal and Gertrude Silver of Toronto, sadly missed by his only niece, Dorothy (Leonard Waxman) and nephews Myron and Fred Silver, and Ed and Charles Herscovitch. Predeceased by Bernice Sidler and Claire Weltman Sidler, also daughter-in-law Daina Sidler and his first grandson Jason Andrew Cormier. A private family service will be held in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Donations in his memory may be made to Cumberland Regional Health Care Center, R.R. #6, Upper Nappan, Amherst, Nova Scotia, B4H 1N6.
