Wanda A. Smith, age 69 of Marengo, passed away Wednesday evening August 17, 2016 at Riverside Hospital in Columbus.

She was born on February 27, 1947 in Mount Vernon to the late Walter H. and Ida "Ivalue" (Stiffler) Smith. She was a retired assembler with 25 years of service from TRW retiring in 2009. Wanda enjoyed cooking and trying new recipes, sewing, knitting, playing card games on her tablet, jigsaw and crossword puzzles. Wanda's greatest and proudest achievement in life was her daughter Karen. She enjoyed her animals and house pets, going to the Morrow County Fair and especially enjoyed family reunions. Wanda loved riding horses in her younger years and helped on the farm with milking cows.

She is survived by her daughter: Karen (Philip) McMillan of Danville; step grandson: Ryan (Morgan) McMillan; brothers: Werden H. (Joyce) Smith of Marion, Warren L. Smith of Cardington; sister: Avonne L. Smith of Marengo; sister-in-law: Cherie Smith of Cardington; nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
