BIG SPRING -- Ivan M. 'Scotty' Scott, 92, of Big Spring, died Friday, Sept. 29, in a local nursing home. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 3, at the Peace Chapel at Trinity Memorial Park with the Rev. Walter McCall, chaplain of Odyssey Hospice, officiating. He was born Aug. 14, 1914, in Sweetwater and married Willery "Pat" Scott.
Survivors include his wife, Pat Scott of Big Spring; two sons, Billy Scott of League City and Ivan Scott Jr. of Dallas; one daughter, Glenda Scott of Amarillo; 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one son, Charles Scott; two sisters and one brother.
