Kristina "Krick" Cooper Youngblood died August 6, 2018 in Midland, Texas. She was born at home on a dry land cotton farm in Rotan, Texas to O.B. and Elma Cooper on August 11, 1924. The Cooper Family moved to Wink, Texas in 1929 where O.B. went to work in the oilfields. She was the youngest of four children: Ewell, Verle, Kelly B, and Krick. They all graduated from Wink High School. Krick married her high school sweetheart, Orval Lee Youngblood on October 29, 1942 and had 56 years together until his death in 1999. They were blessed with two sons: Terry Lee and Phillip Ewell. She retired from Winkler County after 28 years of service. She was a member of Fairmont Park Church of Christ. The family preceding her in death were her husband: Orval Lee; her parents: O.B. and Elma Cooper; her brother: Ewell Cooper, two sisters: Verle Allen, and Kelly B Parks. Those left to remember her are sons: Terry Lee and wife Linda, Phillip Ewell and wife Janie; grandchildren: Shane Youngblood and wife Jodie, Kristin Mathson and husband Scott, Melissa Willmon and husband Wayne, Shelly Ludwin and husband Randy; great-grandchildren: Jessica and husband Daegan, Jacob and wife Tiffany, Jacie, Shaye, Emily, Zackary, Ryan, Braxton, Ashley, Kasey, Brodie, and Addison; four great-great-grandchildren. Krick and Orval Lee will be interred together in the Kermit Cemetery under the direction of Family Services. Funeral services will be 10:00 am, Friday, August 10, 2018 at Family Services Funeral Chapel in Kermit with Bro. Roy Christopher officiating. Burial will follow at Kermit Cemetery. Pallbearers will include Ryan Raska, Wayne Willmon, Shane Youngblood, Jacob "Bubba" Youngblood, Scott Mathson, Zackary Daniel, and Daegan Arnold. Honorary pallbearer will be Randy Ludwin. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Salvation Army. Arrangements are entrusted to Family Services Funeral Parlor and condolences may be sent to the family online at
