BEHLAU Desmond John 'DES' August 10, 1934 - September 7, 2020 Dearly loved father of Kathleen 'Katie' and the late Barry 'Baz' Fondly remembered by his former wives and forever friends, Fay Esau and Pat Carter. Loved father-in-law to Craig. Loved brother of Brian and brother-in-law of Dell in Western Australia. Dear uncle of Deanne, Duane, Casey and Scott. Great uncle to James and Emily, Jayden, Chloe, Kaitlyn and Sarah, William, Alana and Dylan, Georgina, Lincoln and Brooklyn. Passed away peacefully in the R.A.H. on the day he was admitted, following 6 weeks in Aldersgate nursing home. Katie and family wish to thank the wonderful carers of Murray Mallee Aged Care who assisted Katie with warmth and humour to support Des so well in maintaining his quality of life at home. The kindness extended to Des and his family by the lovely staff at Aldersgate is greatly appreciated. Thanks to Ambulance officers, Doctors and Nurses for their compassionate care.
