Beverly Hills, FL - Mrs. Regina M. Wrijil, 86, of Beverly Hills, Florida, passed away peacefully with her family in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. Born in Ashley, Pennsylvania in 1931, the last child of Vincent Strenk and Helen Cichorek. A true coal miner's daughter. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 47 years, Joseph A. Wrijil, sisters, Agnes Lebedz and Bernadine Palithchka, brother, Joseph Vincent Strenk, and sons-in-law, Teddy J. Jaczuk and Michael Clim. She is survived by daughter, Joann Clim of Manville, NJ, daughter, Barbara Jaczuk and partner Frank Tomasco of Manville, NJ, son, Joseph P. Wrijil and his wife Linda of Fiskdale, MA, 4 grandchildren, Kim and Dave Barney, Ted and Narcissa Jaczuk, Laura and Joseph Andrew Wrijil, and Jessica Wrijil, as well as 3 great-grandchildren, Gavin Barney, Deegan Barney and Savannah Jaczuk, many nieces and nephews of the Lebedz, Palithchka, Strenk and Wrijil families. She is also survived by her 1st cousins, Dorothy Berley of Pennsylania and George Galanek of New Jersey, both with whom she grew up, and her brother Joe's wife, Anne Strenk, of Webster, NY. George and Valerie Strenk, and Theresa and William Wilson. Regina worked at RCA in Bridgewater, NJ for 10 years, then worked for Microwave Semi Conductor in Franklin Twp, NJ until she retired in 1982, moving to Beverly Hills, Florida. She was a volunteer for Life Care in Lecanto, Florida for 20 years, serving ice-cream, and always had a smile of encouragement. She was a wonderful lady, loved by everyone she met. Regina loved bowling at Manville Lanes in NJ and Beverly Hills Lanes in Florida. She was a very good bowler for over 50 years. She also enjoyed shopping at local sales and doing jewelry repair. She was a devout catholic her entire life, she has angels everywhere in her home, and she is with the angels now. She was a wonderful wife and loving mother. Regina will be greatly missed. The Viewing will be held at Hooper Funeral Home in Beverly Hills, FL on Sunday, August 12th, 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm, then 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM, Monday, August 13, 2018 at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Beverly Hills, FL. Burial to follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
