Old Bridge - Virginia Bell Costa passed away Saturday, November 23, 2019, at her home in Old Bridge. She was 94.

Born in Anson, TX, she relocated to New York City, where she met her husband, and they settled in Old Bridge for 59 years.

Prior to retiring, she worked as a bookkeeper for Herbert Sand in East Brunswick.

Mrs. Costa was a dedicated member of Trinity Presbyterian Church, East Brunswick, and gave her all to many different types of charitable endeavors within the church and local community over the past 51 years.

She was predeceased by her husband, Theodore in 2011, and two sisters, Lula Mae "Tooter" Harrison in 1996, and Peggy Wright in 2019.

Surviving are her daughters, Susan Bogansky and her husband, Joseph, of New Egypt, Janet Kushner and her husband, Richard, of Old Bridge, and Alyson Kelly and her husband, Raymond, of Old Bridge; brother, William Hampton and his wife, Ewalda "Wally", of Fort Worth, TX; grandchildren, Erica, Kerri, Richard, Rebecca, and Jorman, and great-grandchildren, Caitlynn, Ryan, Brielle, Kinsley, Scarlet, Sadie, and Richard.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 3, 2019, at 9:15 AM, at The BRUNSWICK MEMORIAL HOME, 454 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick, followed by a 10:00 AM funeral service at Trinity Presbyterian Church, East Brunswick. Interment will follow in Brigadier Gen. William C. Doyle Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ.

Friends and family may visit on Monday, December 2nd, from 4:00-8:00 PM, at the funeral home. For directions please visit www.brunswickmemorialhome.com.
