I can remember Mr. Vernon as a youngster. We would always see him out in his yard while going to my grandparents, Helen and Guy Harding, and would see him quite often as he would stop in to chat with Pop Pop. Mr. Vernon was such a gentle soul. He only had that one arm but that never did stop him from doing what he set his mind to do. My thoughts and prayers to Mr. Vernon's family. Your work on earth is done, you are now in the arms of the lord, rest easy Mr. Vernon.
