Peacefully passed away at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Thursday, May 27, 2021 to be with her loving husband of 67 years. Shirley Kloepfer (nee Davidson), was the beloved wife of the late James W. Kloepfer. Loving mother of Kathy Fluery (Wayne) and the late Chris (survived by Vivien). Loved grandmother of Greg Kruk (Erin), Amanda Kruk, Brian Kruk (Ashley Saltern), Robyn Kruk, Mallory Kloepfer (Andrew), Malcolm Kloepfer (Kristie), Myles Kloepfer, Morgan Kloepfer and Madison Kloepfer. Cherished great-grandmother of Keegan, Jackson, Rowan, Krosby, Daxton, Georgia, Violet, Delilah, Scarlett and Alexis. Shirley will be lovingly remembered by her sister-in-law Faith Bates as well as many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours. Predeceased by her sisters and brothers. The family wish to thank the Bethany Fire Department, Paramedics, PRHC Emergency Staff and PRHC Palliative Care Staff, especially Mandy and Sarah, the St. Elizabeth Nursing Service as well as PSW's Debbie and Bev. Due to COVID restrictions, private family services will be held. In memory of Shirley, donations to a local non-profit association that was important to Shirley and James, the Bethany Athletic Association, would be appreciated by the family.
