May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief. Memories of times at the cabin, Flaming Gorge and Lake Powell will forever remind us of her sense of humor and love for her family.

Jon and Garrett,
Walt and I were so sad to see this about Carol. You were such dear neighbors and our hearts are aching for you. May you find comfort in the memories you have of this sweet lady.
Sincerely,
Walt and Janet Brooks

Carol was a lovely person and a life-long friend. After losing touch for over 20 years, we met up again this summer, and it was if no time had passed. That is how it is with true friends. I loved Carol for her sense of adventure, sense of humor, kindness, and a shared love of the desert. It is hard knowing she is no longer in this world. Comfort to Jon and Garret.

Carol was my very first best friend! I have so many wonderful memories of time spent in Verna Lue’s kitchen! Although we had not been in touch for many years, I treasure my memories of Carol, the Gledhill family and our friendship. Much love and sympathy at your loss.
