Not sure what to say?

Mary a/k/a Mrs. G. will always be remembered as a great teacher and a really nice person. We have memories of her from when I was a child until being a grown adult. She had a great smile and knew how to make people smile and laugh. With love to her family - Love, Penny

Our deepest sympathy to Mary’s family. Mary was always a big part of our family; she and Gram were great friends for ever! The stories and fun times of them and the trips to the Cape and other places they visited together were great! In addition, she was a wonderful teacher . So many students that she taught and touched the hearts of; an amazing lady. I cherish the fond memories of her!

My sincere sympathy to Mary's family....I worked at Taft School in the 80-90's and Mary was such a great lady and wonderful teacher. She always had a big smile on her face, but was very stern with the students and she had a great love for teaching. For relaxing she was out with the ladies, dinner and always enjoyed golfing. Her love of family was so important to here and she was a dedicated teacher. The world just lost a great person and heaven has gained an angel. Praying for you all in...

A wonderful sister that Iwill miss very much, it was hard to follow her in school etc because she was always so perfect,, We had a great growing up in Portsmouth ,lots of friends from the Weyerhaeuser gang, our dads all worked there and our moms were all friends,I have some great memories, thank god, Dottie Lou

Little did I know that one day I would be teaching with her at Taft Elementary! AND I never called her Mary until we both were retired and going out to lunch . She was an excellent teacher and mentor when I first...
