I always really liked Phil. An interesting and thoughtful person. A good guy.

Condolences to the family. I did not know Phil well, but I remember him being both quiet and intelligent. Prayers and thoughts for all.

I just found out today and I am so very sorry for your loss. He was an amazing person and I was one of the last persons to go through his line at ECF. He will be missed.

We are so very sorry for the loss of Fhilip...Such a nice talented person...When they opened ECF under new ownership I was looking for Fhilip ...he spoke russian like it was his native...He will be missed...My prayers go out to you...his mom and dad, siblings...
