To Rich's family,

I was very sad to hear of Rich's passing. We worked together at NJDOT in Accounting & Auditng. We also played softball in the State League for the Mutts. Rich was always a fun guy, I will never forget him, may he rest in Peace.

To my friend Rich may you rest in peace. I worked with him for years at OIT and Dept of Transportation. My deepest condolences to the family.

I was saddened to read this today. I worked for Rich when i started for DOT and then had the privilege to work with him in IT. His laugh was infectious and just an all around great guy. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers during this sorrowful time.

My condolences to the family on your loss.
Rich was such a pleasure to work with. He always made you laugh and found humor in the worst situations. A man who was always willing to help.
