Not sure what to say?

To Ruth and children and grandchildren, we wish you comfort and strength. It is not easy to give up the presence of a beloved family member, though his presence in your loving memories will always be with you. Your tribute to him on June 2nd was a great indication that he is still with you.
Grant and I knew Richard in the Concord Orchestra for more than 40 years. He was a loyal member as an oboe player, and he did a lot of volunteering for extra jobs for the group. We continue to use his...

Richard, our time together was just beginning and am so happy to have shared what time we had. Thank you for giving me the best gift in my life. You remain always in my heart. Sonam

How fortunate we are to have had him for a father and to have a chance to see him love...

May the God of comfort, give you the strength at this time of sorrow. Please find peace in God's word at Matthew 5 : 4, for your loss.

Dear Ruth and family,
I am so sorry to read of Richards passing. He was such a remarkable man, so loved by all whose life he touched. Thank you for sharing him with all the FANS who loved him. My prayers are for you during this difficult time. May the wonderful memories of a great life and family together will comfort you.

Richard Porter was a wonderful father, who inspired my siblings and me to work hard, with integrity and compassion for others. Excellence was always a worthy objective, but the effort invested in each task undertaken was by far the most important measure of success. Thank you for being a kind, intelligent, generous human being, and most of all, for being the best Dad ever. Love you to the moon and back forever. Amy
