Abdul Karim, 60, of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, an employee of Raytheon in Waltham, Massachusetts, for 28 years before his retirement, died at UMASS Memorial Medical Center, University Campus, Worcester, Massachusetts, on Wednesday, March 6, 2002, following a brief illness. Memorial services are scheduled for Wednesday, March 13, 2002, 2 p.m., at Britton-Shrewsbury Funeral Home, 648 Main Street, Shrewsbury. Private burial plans will follow cremation. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements entrusted to Britton-Shrewsbury Funeral Home, Shrewsbury, Massachusetts.
