Dear Lynn and family, I am truly heartbroken to hear of the passing of Dr. Withers. I had the good fortune of working for him in Granite Quarry. He ALWAYS had a caring heart for his staff and his patients! Dr. Withers had a humorous side too, and I still smile when I think of the stories he told. Dr. Withers was a gifted physician and helped many people. He saved my life in 1998, when he found an aneurysm in my brain. Thank you, Lynn, for sharing your husband with so many people. May...

I will always remember "Uncle" Abner. He was a relative of a friend, whom I got to know well through various functions. He was always so pleasant and kind. He will be missed.

I am so sorry to hear thi. My first job in 1973 was with Dr. Withers. He wa such gentleman as well a being a Gentle Man. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
